• Provide a project title that best summarizes your proposal or design vision. This title should be unique to your entry and different from the official competition name, “Mass Timber Innovation and Design Center.”

• Do not include participant names, team names, school names, firm names, or logos.

• Briefly describe the tools and methods used to develop the project. If AI tools were used for research, ideation, editing, denoising, upscaling, color correction, or other non-generative support, please disclose them here.

Anonymity Confirmation: I confirm that the submitted boards do not include participant names, team names, school names, firm names, logos, or other identifying information.

Original Work Confirmation: I confirm that this submission is original work created by the participant or team and does not infringe on the rights of others.

AI Policy Confirmation: confirm that the submitted graphics comply with the competition’s AI policy. AI-generated graphics are not included unless explicitly permitted by the brief. AI tools used for research, ideation, or non-generative post-processing have been disclosed in the Tools & Methods statement.

Publication Permission: I grant Design Unlimited permission to publish, promote, and share the submitted project materials for competition-related purposes, including winner announcements, press releases, social media, website publication, certificates, and media outreach.

Final Submission Confirmation: I understand that once submitted, my entry may not be modified after the submission deadline unless Design Unlimited requests clarification or replacement files.
